The Environmental Studies Center is a Seminole County Public Schools facility. Located in Soldier’s Creek Park, part of Spring Hammock Preserve, a partnership between the School Board and Seminole County Government creates a unity that benefits school programs and the general community.

Public

 

Soldier’s Creek Park trails and boardwalks wind through five natural habitats to a spectacular view of Lake Jesup. The Park is open daily to the public from sunrise to sunset.

The Center hosts open houses seasonally. The open houses are free events that are put on to promote awareness of our park and our cause. Check our Get Involved section to find out when the next open house will be held.

We have a new DRY DAY and third grade dress code! See the teacher section for more info!

In case of bad weather, call us at 407-320-0467 as soon as possible. Most trips will continue in the case of rain, but we cannot be outside if there is lightning.
